The funny thing is, that this guy has issues, and he only got caught twice, but had way more victims. He would lurk the internet for victims, and search the Static X forums, and whatever band forums he was in, and then lure in underage girls. I mean, he was in bands with some popularity, in theory, could of gotten a lot of legal action, but I guess he just preferred the underage girls.
