Bush&#8217;s likeness on it<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Although there is no $200 bill in circulation, never mind one with George Bush&#8217;s picture on it, the cashier at the Fashion Bug in Hempfield Township, Pa., accepted the bill for some clothes and handed the woman about $100 in change, the paper reported. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The cashier apparently believed it was a true piece of currency,&#8221; State Trooper Jeanne Martin told the Tribune-Review. She added that the bill most likely began circulating as a gag gift.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This seems to happen from time to time, the news reports it, and people get a laugh.  And yet, no one ever learns!<br \/>\n  This gag has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.books4you.addr.com\/ClintonSexDollarBill.html\">been in existence since the Clinton era<\/a>.
