First off, before I get the beatdown from Mac zealots, Macs aren’t all bad. Onezumi, who kicks ass in the art she does and is partly the driving force behind my getting this site up and running, illustrates in this comic. Did I mention she kicks ass? 🙂 [/brown_nose]

It’s been known for a long time now that unfortunately you can patent any stupid idea, no matter how vague it may seem, and have it bite people in the rear later when a company with some actual means and resources to market a legitimate, refined concept happens to “infringe” on that overvague idea. Well, this is what may become the new, revitalized scaredpoet.com. As of this writing, everything is still in its infancy. I think the first order of business will be to migrate all of my LiveJournal postings to this site, which may prove to be tedious. Maybe it?ll happen, maybe it won?t. I?ve just felt somewhat uncomfortable about keeping all my stuff there without any sort of a backup.
In the meantime, please bear with me. There might be some occasional instability, as I tweak a few things and may have to reboot the server from time to time. If the site becomes inaccessible, it should come right back in just a minute or so.
